L’Oréal Paris hosted second beauty and fashion show on 30th of September. L’Oréal has Nicolas Krafft as its current vice president. The event was held on French capital. Apart from the show of new looks, the important event gave a chance to brands to illustrate their ongoing commitment of ensuring beauty and fashion is more accessible. The event was both attended by invited guests and the public. Big names from the silver screen, beauty, and fashion industry were among the attendees.

Nicolas Krafft , together with his staff members worked tirelessly in ensuring the day becomes a reality. Organizing such a big event is not easy, it requires commitment and dedication.

Women were the center of attention

Women took to the stage to showcase their diversity in beauty. The event was held on a 60m long floating catwalk on river seine. There were many models lined up, among them Louise Bourgoin, Eva Longoria and Elle Fanning. The event depicted creativity and diversity. Faces from outside fashion industry were also in attendance to support the mission of the L’Oréal, the likes of Marie Bochet, a champion of Paralympic ski and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau , an actor in game of thrones

Looks in a special setting

The event was held in spring/summer week of 2019, event offered L’Oréal Paris’ a golden chance to show its determination of bringing beauty to everyone. Those who attended the event were able to see the latest fashion looks. Stephane Lancien and Val Garland L’Oréal Paris Global hair artist and makeup artist respectively created seventy makeup looks and new hair for the special show. Fashion brands like Miu Miu, Isabel Marant, Balmain, and Sonia Rykiel also took to the floor to showcase their jewelry and latest collection. It took over 8 days to set up the floating catwalk.

Global audience

The event was broadcasted live in over 30 countries, tourist, passers-by and any person interested in the event were allowed to watch the show from the banks of the river, without having to pay for it. The event was filmed using drones.

Nicolas Krafft Global Business Development vice president of L’Oreal did a commendable job. The company was able to market itself globally through the event.
